There is brown rice, which is high in whole grain and more nutritious that white rice. I have also added carrots and tomatoes into the dish, in order to comply with the Healthy Diet Pyramid, which requires two servings of vegetables a day. I reduced the amount of oil as well, as it is at the top of the pyramid. Also, there was no use of salt at all, as I chose to use onions and ginger to flavour the dish.
